| I. | In accordance with Nantou County Government's letter No. 1150156325 dated July 20, 115. |
| II. | The activity details are as follows: |
| (I) | Activity Date: November 7 to November 8, 115 (Saturday and Sunday). |
| (II) | Activity Location: National Nantou Senior High School. |
| (III) | Registration Deadline: Please submit the stamped registration form (scanned PDF and WORD file) to the Taoyuan City Scout Association's email address (c282004@yahoo.com.tw) for compilation by August 26, 115 (Wednesday). |
| III. | Personnel attending the activity during school hours shall be granted official leave (business trip) under the principle of self-managed classes and no payment of substitute teacher fees. If the activity falls on a holiday, compensatory leave may be granted within 2 years based on actual attendance. |
| IV. | Attached are the activity implementation plan and registration form for your reference. |
