Student Affairs Announcement
The Executive Yuan and the Ministry of Health and Welfare's Children and Youth Welfare and Rights Affairs Task Force Youth Representatives (hereinafter referred to as Central Youth Representatives) are accepting applications from now until August 14, 2026.

| I. | In accordance with the letter of the Social Affairs Bureau of this Government, No. 1150056317, dated July 21, 115. |
| II. | The term for the central child and youth representatives this time is 1 year, and the eligibility requirements are as follows: |
| (I) | Must be registered and actually reside and attend school in this city. |
| (II) | Must be under 18 years of age before December 31, 116 (born on or after January 1, 99). |
| (III) | To promote gender equality and protect the rights of diverse ethnic groups and children and youth in special circumstances to participate in public affairs, it is preferred that candidates for selection have disabilities, are indigenous, are new immigrants, are in junior high school (or below), or are from any circumstance: |
| III. | Application methods and deadline in this city: |
| (I) | Scan the QR code in the event poster for selection and application information. |
| (II) | The application deadline is before 12:00 PM on August 14, 115 (Friday) (email timestamp as proof). |
| IV. | The selection process in this city involves interested children and youth filling out the required information and emailing it within the application deadline. Subsequently, this Government will conduct the selection, and the selected children and youth will be notified via email. |
| V. | To enable children and youth to understand the child and youth representative system of the Executive Yuan and the Welfare and Rights Committee for Children and Youth Affairs of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the Social Affairs Bureau of this Government will commission the Taiwan Taozhan Civic Empowerment Association to hold an online briefing session on July 29, 115 (Wednesday) from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Children and youth who meet the eligibility criteria are welcome to participate. The link to the form is detailed in the event poster. |
