| III. | Point 1 of Item 5 of the plan's implementation content: "Each project may have a maximum of four participants (participants must serve in the same school)" has been revised to "Each project may have a maximum of four participants (participants are not limited to serving in the same school)." |
| IV. | The lesson plan format - Three Major Themes Teaching Activity Module Lesson Plan Design Form (attached) has been revised accordingly. |
