| I. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. Tai Jiao Zi (6) No. 1152702792 dated September 9, 115. |
| II. | To provide services for schools nationwide in managing campus trees, promoting tree education, and creating tree interpretation signs, the Ministry of Education has established the "Campus Tree Information Platform" (URL: https://edutreemap.moe.edu.tw). |
| III. | Event Information |
| (1) | Eligibility: Personnel responsible for campus tree affairs, campus tree management personnel, and faculty and staff who wish to understand the application of this platform at your school. |
| (2) | Format: Online meeting. |
| (3) | Time: |
| 1. | Session 1: September 30, 115 (Wednesday) from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. |
| 2. | Session 2: October 1, 115 (Thursday) from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. |
| 3. | Session 3: October 20, 115 (Tuesday) from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. |
| 4. | Session 4: October 21, 115 (Wednesday) from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. |
| (4) | Registration Method: Online registration, from the announcement date until 5:00 PM on September 24, 115 (Thursday). |

| IV. | Participants in this event will be granted official (business) leave by their respective schools according to their authority. |
| V. | Full participation will earn 2 hours of lifelong learning hours for civil servants, teacher training hours, or environmental education hours (including extended hours). |
