| I. | This is in accordance with our organization's advocacy work for menstrual equity. |
| II. | The purpose of this survey is to gain a comprehensive understanding of the menstrual experiences of people in Taiwan, in order to promote gender-equitable and menstrual-friendly measures and policies. |
| III. | Target Audience and Participation Instructions: |
| (1) | Target Audience: Individuals of any gender and age who are willing to share their menstrual experiences. |
| (2) | Method: We kindly request your school to assist in printing the attached promotional material and posting it on school bulletin boards, or announcing it electronically on the school's official website, social media, or class groups. |
| (3) | This questionnaire is de-identified, and the data will only be used for research analysis and confidentiality. It will not affect the rights and interests of the participants. |
| IV. | Attached is a copy of the promotional material for this event. We kindly request your school to assist in announcing it on school bulletin boards, the official website, social media channels, or class groups. |
