「2026 Junior and Senior High School International Education Achievement Sharing Conference」

| I. | This is in accordance with the Ministry of Education, Department of Elementary and Secondary Education's letter No. 1155703104A dated September 14, 115. |
| II. | The information regarding the aforementioned sharing session is as follows: |
| (1) | Date: October 14, 115 (Wednesday). |
| (2) | Venue: Bang Bang Toy Hotel Banquet Hall, Chiayi County (No. 223, Taizi Blvd., Taibao City, Chiayi County). |
| (3) | Participants: Primarily educators, as well as scholars and experts researching international education in elementary and secondary schools, and other domestic and international scholars, graduate students, NGOs, and county/city government personnel interested in this topic. |
| (4) | Registration: Please complete the registration information through the online form at https://forms.gle/z8BzSwAbruxMPh4D9 from now until September 30, 115. The list of accepted participants, along with transportation arrangements, will be notified via email by October 8, 115 (Thursday). |

| III. | This Bureau approves official leave for participants attending the aforementioned event and allows for the arrangement of substitute teachers. Substitute teachers may be hired with the school's consent and paid hourly according to regulations, funded by the local education development fund for fiscal year 115, under the budget for personnel expenses - employment and part-time personnel salaries - part-time personnel remuneration. If there are insufficient funds, this Bureau will provide additional subsidies. Private schools are requested to grant official (business) leave to participating teachers according to their responsibilities. Those requiring accommodation should make their own arrangements. |
| IV. | Attached is the implementation plan for the "International Education Achievement Sharing Session for Elementary and Secondary Schools". |
