Cultural Affairs Bureau's 2026 "Cultural Currency Back-to-School Special Search"

| I. | In accordance with the letter No. 1150018922 of the Bureau of Cultural Affairs of this Government, dated September 15, 115. |
| II. | In order to cooperate with the Ministry of Culture's adult ceremony gift policy, 1,200 cultural coins will be issued to each person aged 13-22 starting from year 115. To encourage young people to use cultural coins to participate in cultural and artistic activities, the Bureau of Cultural Affairs of this Government has compiled a list of activities where cultural coins can be used during the school season from September to December, to facilitate participation by junior and senior high school students nearby and to expand their rich cultural experiences. |
| III. | The important information regarding this case is as follows: |
| (1) | Name: "Cultural Coin Back-to-School Special Search." |
| (2) | Activity time: September to December, 115 (details of each activity are in the attachment). |
| (3) | Participants: 13 to 22 years old (born between January 1, 93 and December 31, 102, with ROC nationality or eligible foreigners). |
| (4) | How to use: |
| 1. | You must first download the "Cultural Coin APP" to register. |
| 2. | At designated stores where cultural coins can be used, scan the QR code to deduct consumption. |
| (5) | Activity offers: |
| 1. | September 1 to November 30, Taodongman Back-to-School Season: A lottery ticket will be given for single purchases of 500 yuan or more. |
| 2. | Matsu New Village Cultural and Creative Park: A keychain can be redeemed for every cumulative purchase of 299 yuan on the same day within the park. |
| 3. | Zhongyuan Cultural and Creative Park: A magnet will be given for single purchases of 350 yuan or more at the Taoyin Cultural and Creative Store. |
| 4. | September 1 to December 31, Taoyuan City Land God Cultural Hall: A 3D stamp postcard will be given for single purchases of 500 yuan or more in the cultural and creative product area on the first floor. |
| IV. | Please assist your school in promoting the use of cultural coins by students and the attached EDM. Suggested promotion channels are as follows: |
| (1) | Strengthen promotion through the parent-teacher-student communication platform: Utilize the "School Administration System Service Network," "Student-Parent-Teacher Information Integration Platform," and "Education Service Network" to enhance the coverage and efficiency of promotion. |
| (2) | Large-scale morning assemblies (e.g., flag-raising ceremonies, weekly meetings, early self-study, freshman orientation, or graduation ceremonies for promotional assistance). |
| (3) | Post promotional materials on the school's broadcast system, campus bulletin boards, and prominent locations on the video wall. |
| (4) | Publish on the "School Official Website" and "Student Information System." |
| (5) | Please ask homeroom teachers to convey the message to students and parents through class groups and parent associations. |
