| I. | In accordance with the letter from the Taoyuan City Girl Scout Association dated September 9, 115 (2026), document number 115018. |
| II. | The activity details are as follows: |
| (1) | Activity time: October 18, 115 (2026) (Sunday). |
| (2) | Activity location: Taoyuan Municipal Tongde Junior High School, Taoyuan Municipal Library Main Branch. |
| (3) | Registration period: From now until September 24, 115 (2026) (Thursday). |
| (4) | Participants who complete the entire event will be granted 7 hours of training credit. |
| III. | During the activity, staff and participants, on the principle of self-managed learning and without receiving substitute teacher hourly fees, are requested to be granted official (business) leave by their respective schools. If the event falls on a holiday, compensatory leave may be granted within 2 years. |
