| I. | The regulations of this competition involve the important rights and interests of students and national representative qualifications. To protect students' rights and interests, please ensure that your school accurately conveys the competition information to students and parents through communication books or notices, and does not rely solely on online announcements or bulletin boards. |
| II. | The competition originally prohibited the use of rosin. However, considering the venue conditions and the safety needs of participants, it has been adjusted to allow participating units (including individual and group categories) to use rosin in appropriate amounts according to their actual needs, and they must comply with the following usage and venue restoration regulations: |
| (1) | Those who use rosin should cooperate with the designated usage area and method of the organizing committee, avoid excessive scattering, and prevent rosin from scattering to other areas, which may affect the safety of subsequent participants. |
| (2) | Participating units wishing to use rosin should prepare their own rosin and cleaning supplies (such as dry rags, kitchen paper towels) and arrange for cleaning personnel. After use and before leaving, they should complete the cleaning of the relevant areas to restore the venue to its original condition. The time for venue restoration and the completeness of the restoration will be determined by the organizing committee. Please follow the instructions of the on-site staff and complete the restoration within the time designated by the organizing committee to protect the rights and interests of subsequent participants and ensure the smooth progress of the competition. |
| (3) | The use of rosin itself will not result in point deductions; however, failure to restore the venue to its original condition in accordance with the regulations will result in a deduction of 3 points from the participating unit's total average score, according to the venue restoration regulations in the implementation guidelines of this competition. If the performance time exceeds the original specified time due to cleaning, 1 point will be deducted from the total average score for every 30 seconds of exceeding the time, according to the implementation guidelines. |
| III. | This adjustment is effective from the date of announcement for this competition. All other regulations will be handled in accordance with the implementation guidelines for the 115th academic year student dance competition in this city. |
| IV. | For adjustments to the rosin usage and venue restoration regulations for the national student dance competition finals, please refer to the official website of the National Student Dance Competition (https://studentdance.perdc.ntnu.edu.tw/).
