| I. | In accordance with Dong Hwa University's letter No. 1150023539, dated October 6, 115th year of the Republic of China (2026). |
| II. | To promote the exchange and practice of bilingual and international education, Dong Hwa University is organizing the "2026 Returning to the Classroom from the World - Youth Billion Teacher Action Salon." Through overseas learning observations, reflections on the educational field, and teacher practical experiences, international learning experiences will be transformed into local educational actions, and inter-school teacher professional exchange and connections will be promoted. |
