| I. The Ministry of Education (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry) has established these Key Points to utilize the school property fund to assist students from low-income households in successfully completing their studies and to inspire their upward spirit. This list, along with the application documents, shall be sent to the education bureaus (departments) of the municipal or county (city) governments, or the designated schools entrusted by the Ministry, for consolidation and submission to the Ministry's review committee for final review. (7) Tuition and miscellaneous fee reductions and exemptions for children and grandchildren from families in special circumstances studying in senior high schools or above. (8) Subsidies for tuition exemption and fixed subsidies for senior high school students provided by the Ministry. (9) Stipends for publicly funded teacher training students and publicly funded medical student training. (10) Scholarships and grants for impoverished veterans and their dependents from the Vocational Assistance Commission for Retired Servicemen. (11) Student financial aid for children of unemployed workers from the Ministry of Labor. (12) Student financial aid for children of farmers and fishermen from the Ministry of Agriculture. (13) Student financial aid for impoverished new immigrants and their children from the Ministry of the Interior's Immigration Agency. (14) Other government tuition and miscellaneous fee reductions, exemptions, and preferential subsidies announced by the Ministry. VII. The formats of the forms and documents stipulated in these Key Points shall be determined by the Ministry and announced on its website. VIII.
