I. Application 대상
( 1 ) Foreign nationals whose spouses are citizens of this country, whether they have obtained citizenship or not, stateless persons, mainland Chinese residents, and residents of Hong Kong or Macau, who are currently enrolled in senior high schools or vocational high schools( including continuing education programs for senior high and vocational high schools ) and above, and have been enrolled for at least one semester( including ) and have not received scholarships or grants from other government agencies or public enterprises( organizations ) (excluding low-income households, middle-low-income households, and applicants for the special outstanding scholarship under this program)( ) , may apply for the new resident scholarship.(
2 ) New resident children refer to enrolled students registered in this country whose father or mother is a spouse of a citizen of this country, and who are foreign nationals (whether they have obtained citizenship or not), stateless persons, mainland Chinese residents, or residents of Hong Kong or Macau, currently enrolled in elementary schools( including ) and above( excluding supplementary schools and integrated classes ) and have been enrolled for at least one semester( including ) and have not received scholarships or grants from other government agencies or public enterprises( organizations ) (excluding low-income households, middle-low-income households, and applicants for the special outstanding scholarship under this program)( ) , may apply for the new resident children's scholarship.II. ) Outstanding Student Scholarship:1, Elementary School Group: Students enrolled in public or private elementary schools nationwide who achieved an overall average grade of "Excellent" or above in the previous semester and have no major disciplinary records.
2, Junior High School Group: Students enrolled in public or private junior high schools nationwide who achieved an overall average grade of "Excellent" or 90 points or above in the previous semester and have no major disciplinary records.

) Financial Hardship Assistance:
1, Elementary School Group: Students enrolled in public or private elementary schools nationwide who achieved an overall average grade of "C" or above in the previous semester and have no major disciplinary records.2, Junior High School Group: Students enrolled in public or private junior high schools nationwide who achieved an overall average grade of "C" or 60 points or above in the previous semester and have no major disciplinary records.

1, Selected for the national sports teams of the Olympic Games, Asian Games, Summer Universiade, Paralympic Games, Asian Cup, World Cup, Asian Youth Games, Youth Olympic Games, and Deaflympics( Deaflympics ) national sports teams.2, Participated in the National Games, National Intercollegiate Athletic Games (Open Group), National Secondary School Athletic Games, or National Sports Games for Persons with Disabilities organized by the Ministry of Education and achieved a top 8 ranking; or participated in the National Folk Sports Games or National Indigenous Games organized by the Ministry of Education and achieved a top 6 ranking.(
8 ) ; and participated in the National Games for Persons with Disabilities organized by the Ministry of Education and achieved a top 6 ranking.( 6 ) (Each person can only choose one year and one category from the above competitions for application, and cannot receive multiple awards).
3, Participated in individual competitions in various categories of the National Mandarin Competition or the National Mandarin Competition for Persons with Disabilities organized by the Ministry of Education and achieved a top 8 ranking; or participated in individual competitions in various categories of the National Student Music Competition, National Student Art Competition, and National Student Dance Competition organized by the Ministry of Education and achieved an "Outstanding" or "Excellent" rating.( 8 ) ; and achieved an "Outstanding" or "Excellent" rating in individual competitions in various categories of the National Student Music Competition, National Student Art Competition, and National Student Dance Competition organized by the Ministry of Education.( ) (Each person can only choose one year and one category from the above competitions for application, and cannot receive multiple awards).4, Applicants who received this award in the 101 or 102 academic year and reapply in the 103 academic year cannot use the same award-winning achievements from the 101 and 102 academic years for application. Types, Quotas, and Amounts of Scholarships and GrantsThe quotas for Outstanding Student Scholarships and Financial Hardship Assistance are calculated based on the total number of new residents and their children enrolled in the school. For every 30 students, 1 applicant is eligible. Branch campuses and departments can be calculated similarly. That is, if there are 30 or fewer new residents or their children, the school can apply for 1 applicant. If there are 31 to 60 students, the school can apply for 2 applicants, and so on. The ratio of allocated quotas for public and private schools not in the compulsory education stage is 1:1. Additionally, there is no limit on the number of applicants for the Special Talent Outstanding Student Award. Please refer to the attachment for details.30 people( including below ) , the school can apply for 1 applicant. For 31 to 60 people, the school can apply for 2 applicants, and so on.
