I. Purpose: To encourage children from low-income households to complete their studies smoothly, enhance their livelihood skills, and hope to enter a moderately prosperous society.

III. Application Qualifications:
(I) Children of low-income households registered with the township and city public offices in this city for more than six months, studying in public or private universities and colleges (excluding graduate schools), vocational high schools, and students in public and private elementary and junior high schools in this city.

(III) Junior High School Group:
1. Scholarship:
(1) Amount: NT$2,000.

(IV) Elementary School Group - Amount: NT$1,000.
V. Review:
(I) The issuance of scholarships and grants shall be reviewed and decided by the "Taoyuan City Xiaokang Plan Renai Scholarship and Grant Review Committee."

X. Supplementary Provisions:
(I) High school and university students who are extending their study period are not eligible for this scholarship; the grant is limited to a maximum of two years of extended study.
