(1) Submission categories: Computer graphics, programming, and digital storytelling, totaling 3 categories.

(2) Eligibility: Students from public and private junior high and elementary schools in the city.

(3) Submission deadlines: Three periods annually, with deadlines on April 30th, July 31st, and November 30th.

(4) Submission theme: The theme for each period will be announced on the website.

(5) Awards: Outstanding entries in each group will receive a book voucher worth NT$300.
