Regarding the matter of the National Taiwan Normal University being commissioned by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education of the Ministry of Education to organize the advanced remedial teaching workshop for elementary and junior high schools (Taoyuan-Hsinchu-Miaoli area), please ensure that your school recommends one teacher to register and participate. Please be informed.

Description:
I. In accordance with the letter No. 1080033398 from the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, Ministry of Education, dated April 9, 2019, and the letter No. 1080030046 from this Bureau, dated April 10, 2019, which you have acknowledged.
II. The relevant information for the aforementioned workshop is as follows:
(I) Time: April 27, 2019 (Saturday), from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
(II) Location: Classrooms of various subject areas at Nankuo Elementary School (No. 99, Nanshang Road, Guishan District, Taoyuan City).
(III) Participants:
1. Current teachers in elementary and junior high schools who have completed the 8-hour basic remedial teaching training course.
2. Non-current teachers in remedial classes for elementary and junior high schools who have completed the 18-hour basic remedial teaching training course and have experience teaching remedial classes.

III. Please ensure that your school recommends one teacher to participate in the aforementioned workshop. Participants will be granted official leave (business trip leave) by this Bureau. For those participating on holidays, this Bureau agrees to allow compensatory leave within one year after the workshop concludes, provided that teaching duties are managed independently and no substitute teacher fees are incurred.
IV. Attached is one copy of the workshop course materials.
