Description:

1. In accordance with the Bureau's letter of March 18, 108 (2019), document number 1080021744.

2. The information regarding the aforementioned activity is as follows:

(1) Workshop dates: July 1, 108 (Monday) to July 5, 108 (Friday).

(2) Workshop location: Dazhu Elementary School, Luzhu District, Taoyuan City (Address: No. 556, Dazhu Rd., Luzhu Dist., Taoyuan City, 33847).

(3) Participants (meeting any one of the following qualifications is sufficient):

1. Those who hold a certificate for Minnan (Hokkien) language teaching support staff issued by the Ministry of Education in 91 (or commissioned by the Ministry of Education by this city in 97) and are still willing to pursue further training to obtain the re-verification and certification qualification of this city. (According to Article 11, Paragraph 5 of the Organic Act of Compulsory Education, those who passed the examination and training conducted in accordance with the Ministry of Education's regulations before June 30, 91, are qualified to serve as teaching support staff as stipulated in Paragraph 1.)

2. Those who hold an intermediate-high level Minnan (Hokkien) language proficiency certificate issued by the Ministry of Education.

3. Those who are enrolled in a graduate institute of "Taiwanese Languages and Literature" at a domestic university and hold a graduation certificate or completion certificate from the said university (institute).

4. Retired teachers from public and private senior high schools and below (including public kindergartens) in this city who have proof of attending over 72 hours of Minnan (Hokkien) related workshops during their tenure in 91.

5. Intermediate-high level Taiwanese language proficiency certificate issued by the National Cheng Kung University Taiwanese Language Testing Center.

3. Registration, qualification review methods, and dates: Prepare the relevant documents (details in the attached implementation plan), and register using one of the following methods.

(1) Mail registration: From now until June 4, 108 (Tuesday). For the first class, please bring the original supporting documents for verification.

(2) In-person registration or proxy registration: On June 4, 108 (Tuesday) from 1:00 PM to 3:40 PM, proceed to the Academic Affairs Office of Dazhu Elementary School for qualification review.

4. The Bureau agrees that teachers with teaching duties who participate in the aforementioned workshop may be granted official (business) leave. Schools are requested to handle this matter in accordance with relevant regulations for attendance and leave management.
