Description:

I. In accordance with the "Implementation Guidelines for the National Education Guidance Group of the Taoyuan City Government Education Bureau" and the "8th Joint Meeting of the Guidance Group for the Taoyuan City 107th School Year Improvement Plan for Junior and Senior High School Teachers' Teaching Professionalism and Curriculum Quality" held on May 3, 108.

II. Application period: From now until May 31, 108.

III. The summary of the counselor selection process is as follows (details in the attachment):

(I) Reappointed Counselors: Principals of the guidance group conveners may give priority to recommending counselors with excellent performance for reappointment. Counselors shall submit the application form and the consent letter from their schools to the Bureau for compilation. The general convener shall report the review results to the Bureau by June 14, 108.

(II) New Counselors:

1. Qualification Review: The Bureau will conduct the qualification review. Applicants whose submitted materials are reviewed and found qualified will be notified by each group to participate in the re-examination.

2. Re-examination: Each guidance group will invite scholars, experts, and education administrators in each field/issue to form a selection committee to conduct a written review. The method of review will be determined based on their professional needs. The re-examination period is from June 17 to June 28, 108. Applicants shall participate in the re-examination at the time and place designated by the guidance group. The guidance group shall report the re-examination results to the Bureau by July 5, 108.

IV. Announcement of Selection Results: After the selection process is completed and the list of selected candidates is confirmed, it will be announced on the website of the National Education Guidance Group of this city.

V. Each person is limited to applying for one field/issue guidance group and cannot apply across fields.

VI. For application forms and other related materials, please mail them by registered post to: "15th Floor, No. 1, County Hall Road, Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City 33001, Attn: Junior High Education Section, Taoyuan City Government Education Bureau". Please indicate "Application for Taoyuan City National Education Guidance Group Counselor" on the blank space of the envelope. The postmark will be the basis for timeliness, and late applications will not be accepted.
