Description:

1. To practice local social responsibility and explore the beauty of the Hakka characteristics along the Romantic Route 3, we are jointly organizing the "2019 Romantic Route 3 Hakka Scenery" Chinese Essay Competition with the Hakka Affairs Department of Taoyuan City Government. The aim is to popularize the effectiveness of local education through different perspectives.

2. Key points of the competition are summarized as follows:

(1) Topic: The theme is the "Hakka Scenery of the Romantic Route 3," and the topic will be announced on-site.

(2) Participants: Students in grades 7-9 from all schools are eligible to participate.

(3) Competition Time: Friday, September 27, 2019.

(4) Competition Venue: Classroom F104, Activity Center of this school.

(5) Awards:

1. First Place: Gift certificate of NT$5,000 and a certificate of award.

2. Second Place: Gift certificate of NT$4,000 and a certificate of award.

3. Third Place: Gift certificate of NT$3,000 and a certificate of award.

4. Fourth Place: Gift certificate of NT$2,500.

5. Fifth Place: Gift certificate of NT$1,500.

6. Honorable Mentions: 10 winners will receive a gift certificate of NT$1,000.

3. The competition brochure is attached. In addition to the essay competition, there will be a tour experience of scenic spots along Route 3 on the same day. We request that participants be granted one day of official leave.
