II. The submission period for the aforementioned announcement is from now until August 30, 108. The methods for participation are as follows:

(I) Self-nomination: Nominees can apply in their own name.

(II) Nomination by others: Recommended by government agencies, schools, or government-registered non-profit organizations (institutions), and must include a consent form personally signed by the nominee.

III. Attached are the "Key Points for Commending Outstanding Hakka Contributors in Taoyuan City," the "Notes for Nominees for Outstanding Hakka Contributors in Taoyuan City 2019," and the "Application Form for Outstanding Hakka Contributors in Taoyuan City," each in one copy.
