I. In accordance with the Bureau's letter dated August 21, 108 (1080071611), further action is taken.

II. The relevant information for the aforementioned competition (please refer to the plan for details) is summarized as follows:

(I) Eligibility: Elementary school (grades 3-6), junior high school, and senior high school students in this city.

(II) Registration Period: From Monday, September 9, 108, to Tuesday, October 15, 108.

(III) Competition Date and Venue: Sunday, November 3, 108, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Chi-Ying High School in Zhongli District.

III. Participants who are recommended for this event are eligible for a waiver of the registration fee. Please recommend participants based on the number of recommended slots (as per the attachment) and complete the registration by October 15, 108.

IV. As this competition falls on a holiday, the Bureau agrees to allow teachers accompanying the teams to register their attendance as official (business) leave on this day (November 3, 108). They may take compensatory leave within one year, as long as it does not affect public duties and coursework. Traffic around Chi-Ying High School is prone to congestion on the day of the competition, so please remind teachers and participating students to arrive early.
