To inform you that National Kaohsiung Normal University and the Kaohsiung City Government Bureau of Education are jointly organizing the "2019 Bilingual and International Education Forum." We kindly request your school to encourage teachers and students to participate actively. Please be informed.

Description:
I. In accordance with the National Kaohsiung Normal University's letter dated September 16, 2019, No. 1081007726.
II. To support the government's promotion of the "2030 Bilingual Nation" development policy, the aforementioned forum invites domestic and international education experts and scholars to share their visions for bilingual and international education, as well as experiences in bilingual school management and operation.
III. Date and Time of Event: October 4, 2019 (Friday), 10:00-16:00.
IV. Venue: Black Box Theater, B1, College of Liberal Arts, National Kaohsiung Normal University Heping Campus (No. 116, Heping 1st Road, Lingya District, Kaohsiung City).
V. Participants: Teachers and students from universities, colleges, and elementary/secondary schools, as well as the general public.
VI. The Bureau approves teachers from municipal schools attending the aforementioned forum to take official (business) leave with their own class arrangements. Those who participate for the entire duration will be granted 5 hours of professional development credit. Private schools should handle this according to their own authority.
VII. Attached are the registration information, course schedule, and poster, each in one copy.
