I. In accordance with the Bureau's letter dated October 4, 108 (2019), No. 1080088669.

II. The schedule for the aforementioned project activities is as follows:

(I) Submission deadline: From now until October 25, 108 (2019) (Friday), from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily.

(II) Submission method: Self-assessment form for promoting local language teaching and guidance visits (to be submitted by all schools); Recommendation form for outstanding local language teachers and teaching support staff, teaching portfolio, and related materials should be sent directly to the Academic Affairs Office of Da'an Elementary School (Address: No. 638, Heping Road, Da'an Village, Bade District, Taoyuan City 33465, Contact number: 3661419 ext. 210).

III. The evaluation results are expected to be announced on the Bureau's website homepage (https://www.tyc.edu.tw/) under the latest news on November 8, 108 (2019).

IV. Attached is one copy of the "Implementation Plan for the 108 (2019) Academic Year Promotion of Local Language Teaching and Guidance Visits and Evaluation of Outstanding Local Language Teachers and Teaching Support Staff."
