To inform you about the implementation plan for the "Spring of Classroom Teaching - Introductory Training Workshop on Collaborative Group Learning" organized by National Taipei University of Education. Please take note.

Description:
I. In accordance with the National Taipei University of Education's letter No. 1080420117 dated October 9, 2019.
II. "Group Cooperative Learning" is beneficial for improving students' academic achievement, enhancing their learning motivation, developing cooperation and communication skills, increasing self-esteem and promoting ethnic integration, and facilitating adaptive development. It is a teaching strategy with multiple benefits. To enable teachers to understand how to plan and design group cooperative learning, how to select appropriate cooperative learning models, how to teach cooperation skills, and how to evaluate implementation effectiveness, the aforementioned workshop is planned.
III. Participants will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis according to "registration status" until the quota is full. The target participants are as follows:
(I) Principals, academic affairs directors, and implementing teachers selected for the 108 academic year's "Deep Cultivation Schools for Group Cooperative Learning" under this project "must attend" (if you have already attended the "Professional Training Workshop" organized by the unit from the 101st to the 107th academic year, you do not need to attend this introductory professional training workshop).
(II) Implementing teachers selected for the 108 academic year's "Partner Schools for Group Cooperative Learning" under this project "must attend" (if you have already attended the "Professional Training Workshop" organized by the unit from the 101st to the 107th academic year, you do not need to attend this introductory professional training workshop).
(III) Teachers from senior high schools (including elementary, junior high, and vocational high schools) attending in pairs.
(IV) Subject guidance members from county and city education bureaus.
(V) Professors from teacher education institutions or departments related to education.
IV. Workshop schedule and location:
(I) Northern District: Saturday, October 19, 2019, to Sunday, October 20, 2019, at National Taipei University of Education (No. 134, Section 2, Heping East Road, Da'an District, Taipei City).
(II) Central District: Saturday, November 2, 2019, to Sunday, November 3, 2019, at Chonglun Junior High School, Taichung City (No. 653, South Zhongming Road, South District, Taichung City).
(III) Southern District: Saturday, October 26, 2019, to Sunday, October 27, 2019, tentatively in Kaohsiung City (subject to announcement on the Group Cooperative Learning website).
V. Registration method: Register directly on the Group Cooperative Learning website (https://cirn.moe.edu.tw/Cooperation). After online registration, you must wait for administrator approval to participate.
