I. In accordance with the letter of the Taoyuan City Government, Ref. No. 1080329381, dated December 26, 108 (ROC calendar).
II. In view of the upcoming election, various gatherings and parades are being held across the region. To ensure aviation safety, please pay attention to the following matters:
(I) Within a certain distance from airports and aerodromes, it is prohibited to release objects that may obstruct flight safety (including remotely piloted unmanned aerial vehicles, kites, sky lanterns, fireworks, model aircraft, balloons, or any other floating or moving objects that may affect the flight safety of aircraft, if released by humans). If it is confirmed that such objects are released without the approval of the Civil Aeronautics Administration, Ministry of Transportation and Communications, a fine of not less than NT$300,000 and not more than NT$1,500,000 will be imposed in accordance with Article 118 of the Civil Aviation Act.
(II) During the flight of an aircraft, no person shall direct spotlight or laser beams at an aircraft. Violators shall be subject to criminal penalties or fines in accordance with Article 101 of the Civil Aviation Act.
