I. In accordance with the National Taiwan Science Education Center's letter No. 10902000110 dated January 20, 2020.

II. To cultivate students' interest in scientific research in secondary schools, improve the level of science education; discover, guide, and nurture secondary school students with scientific research potential to engage in scientific research; provide continued guidance and research for outstanding students in science fairs, and reserve future scientific and technological talents.

III. For the application qualifications and regulations of this project, please refer to the "2020 Youth Science Talent Cultivation Program" (see attachment) or visit the Science Fair website of the center at https://twsf.ntsec.gov.tw.

IV. Account application for this project will open on February 19, 2020, and project registration will open on February 24. Please complete the online application information and print the written materials to be mailed by registered mail to Ms. Yi-Ci Chou, the project manager of the Youth Cultivation Program at the center's Experimentation Division, by March 9. The postmark date will be the basis for receipt. Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted.
