I. To promote in-depth exchanges within the city's participating schools, strengthen the practical energy and knowledge of promotion strategies and teaching practices to improve effectiveness, the aforementioned activity will be organized.

(I) Time: May 8, 2020 (Friday) from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM (Check-in at 1:20 PM for online testing).

(III) Platform: EduCloud and Google Hangouts Meet.
(IV) Cross-school presenters: Director Qian Shanying from Huaxun Elementary School and Director Hong Dehui from Ziqiang Elementary School in this city.
(V) Attendees:
1. Participating schools in this city must designate administrative staff in charge and project teachers to attend, and other teachers are encouraged to participate.
2. Teachers from all municipal schools in this city are free to attend.
(VI) Registration method: Register from now until May 8th on the Taoyuan City Education Development Resources Portal. Search for the event title: "Taoyuan City Technology-Assisted Self-Directed Learning Project Cross-School Exchange Activity." The organizing unit is "Renhe Elementary School."
III. School staff in charge and co-organizing schools, as well as participating personnel from project schools, will be granted official (business) leave registration by their schools and relevant expenses will be covered by special funds; other personnel will be granted official leave registration under the principle of self-managed class affairs.
