I. In accordance with the letter from the Hakka Affairs Council dated May 18, 2020, reference number 10961006171.
II. The deadline for the 2020 Hakka Language Proficiency Certification (Beginner Level) has been extended to June 5, 2020 (Friday). Please inform and encourage all personnel in government agencies, students, and the public to apply. Please also post and help promote this information.
III. The "2020 Hakka Language Proficiency Certification (Beginner Level)" will be held in two national sessions on September 12, 2020 (Saturday) and September 20, 2020 (Sunday). Additionally, one examination area will host multiple sessions each month from May to December 2020 (excluding September).
IV. To encourage group registration among our government employees, teams of 10 or more will receive subsidies for registration fees, meals, and miscellaneous expenses. For teams of 15 or more, subsidies will cover registration fees, meals, transportation, work expenses, insurance, and miscellaneous expenses. Furthermore, two incentive mechanisms, "Competition for the Number of Registrants in Each Level" and "Awards for Passing the Certification," are planned, with the highest reward being a NT$10,000 gift voucher.
