I. The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) have become a common language for governments, educational institutions, and businesses worldwide, with Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) and its integration with the SDGs representing a global trend in education. To enhance teachers' understanding of the core concepts, trends, and applications of ESD and SDGs in schools at all levels in our country, the first training course for professional teachers on SDGs and ESD, jointly organized by the CTCI Education Foundation (CTCI EF) and the Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Development Center (CCS) last year (2019), received widespread acclaim. This year (2020), the training will continue.
II. This event will feature keynote lectures and lesson plan workshops, enabling participating teachers to learn the latest content and trends in SDGs and ESD, and to develop lesson plans that can be practically applied in the classroom. We cordially invite your school to nominate teacher representatives to register for this event, which will contribute to the overall sustainability and internationalization of your school.
III. Event Information Summary:

(II) Eligibility: Teachers from public and private elementary, junior high, and senior high schools, or university professors in our country.
(III) Registration Fee: NT$400 for the two-day training course (administrative cost).
(IV) Event Dates: Thursday, August 13, 2020, and Friday, August 14, 2020.
(V) Event Location: 2nd Floor, Taiwan Sustainability Hall (2F-2, No. 188, Section 5, Nanjing East Road, Songshan District, Taipei City), near MRT Nanjing Sanmin Station.
