Dear Mentor:

Hello! As originally scheduled for 8/6 (Thursday) at 9:00 AM in the library, the lottery for 7th grade (Chinese, English, Math, Science) and 8th grade (Science) teachers will take place.

Please attend, mentors. If you cannot attend, you may entrust another mentor to draw on your behalf in advance. Otherwise, the

Academic Affairs Office will invite teachers present or interns to draw on your behalf. To better manage the time, we plan to conduct the 8th grade lottery first, then the

7th grade lottery. Thank you for your cooperation!

Time - 8th Grade - 9:00 AM; 7th Grade - 9:15 AM

Location - Library

Sincerely, Academic Affairs Office
