According to Article 7 of the Guidelines: "The incentives for municipal employees who pass the Hakka language certification are as follows: (1) Establish an honor roll on the website or internal bulletin board of the agency, school, or enterprise where the employee serves, recognizing those who have passed the Hakka language certification. (2) The Hakka Affairs Bureau of the Municipal Government or the employee's service agency, school, or enterprise shall commend them in public, and may award a medal or certificate of commendation." Article 8 of the same Guidelines stipulates: "Municipal employees who pass the Hakka language certification may receive administrative rewards according to the following regulations: (1) Passing the elementary level certification, a commendation once. (2) Passing the intermediate level certification, a commendation twice. (3) Passing the advanced level certification, a merit citation once. The same reason for reward shall not be rewarded repeatedly. However, this does not apply to obtaining certification in different dialects. Those who have passed a higher level certification may not apply for rewards for passing a lower level certification thereafter." |
