| I. | In accordance with the "Operational Guidelines for the Ministry of Education's Subsidies to Municipalities, Counties (Cities) Governments for Improving the Professional Teaching and Curriculum Quality of Junior and Senior High School Teachers," this bureau's official letter of August 31, 109 (Tao Jiao Zhong Zi No. 1090078571), and official letter of March 24, 110 (Tao Jiao Zhong Zi No. 1100024555). |
| II. | To effectively promote exemplary learning among teachers in this city, build a professional support system for teachers and a mechanism for sharing teaching knowledge, strengthen professional dialogue to enhance teaching quality, and implement the spirit of the twelve-year basic education, the aforementioned plan is commissioned to Wenhua Elementary School. |
| III. | The information regarding the open lectures is as follows: |
| (1) | Time and Location: From April 20, 110 (Tuesday) to May 31, 110 (Monday), including 10 sessions for junior high schools and 11 sessions for elementary schools. The times and locations for each session are as shown in the session table. |
| (2) | Lecturing Teachers: Domain and issue counselors from the City's National Education Guidance Group. |
| (3) | Participants: Principals and teachers of junior and senior high schools in this city. |
| (4) | Format |
| 1. | In-person: Includes pre-lesson discussion (10 minutes), observation (45 minutes for junior high, 40 minutes for elementary schools), and post-lesson discussion (30 minutes for junior high, 35 minutes for elementary schools). Each session is limited to 20 participants, admitted on a first-come, first-served basis until full. |
| 2. | Online: Includes observation (45 minutes for junior high, 40 minutes for elementary schools). There is no limit to the number of participants per session. The live broadcast URL will be announced 5 days before the start of each session on the homepage of the City's National Education Guidance Group website (http://ceag.tyc.edu.tw/ceag/index.php). |
| IV. | Teachers who wish to participate should register directly on the Taoyuan City Education Development Resource Portal (https://drp.tyc.edu.tw/TYDRP/Index.aspx; organizing unit: Pingzhen Junior High School for junior high sessions, Qingxi Elementary School for elementary school sessions) according to the seminar format. |
| (1) | In-person: Registration is open from now until 12:00 PM on the day before the session begins. Participants who complete the entire session will be granted 2 hours of professional development credit by the organizing school. Please grant participating teachers official leave (business trip) registration according to your school's authority. |
| (2) | Online seminar: Please register during the session's scheduled time. Participants who complete the entire seminar will be granted 1 hour of professional development credit by the organizing school. Please grant participating teachers official leave registration according to your school's authority. |
