| I. | Based on the letter from the Department of Secondary and Early Childhood Education, Ministry of Education, dated May 19, 110 (2021), No. Tai Jiao Guo Shu Guo Zi Di 1100061130. |
| II. | The details of this selection are as follows: |
| (1) | Service period: From August 1, 110 (2021) to July 31, 111 (2022). |
| (2) | Eligibility: Currently employed qualified teachers in senior high schools, junior high schools, or elementary schools. |
| (3) | Selection criteria: |
| 1. | Personality traits such as enthusiasm for service, willingness to engage with people, good communication skills, time management abilities, reflective thinking, rational thinking, and a willingness to cooperate in a team. |
| 2. | Professional counseling ability in developing and promoting interdisciplinary competency-oriented teaching (including subject knowledge, curriculum design and materials, teaching methods, etc.). |
| 3. | Ability to assist teachers in improving their teaching. |
| 4. | Ability to use digital tools for online courses and online collaborative preparation. |
| (4) | Selection method: Written review (30%) and interview (70%). A total score of 100 points. Scores below 80 will not be considered for admission. |
| (5) | Selection date: The Department of Secondary and Early Childhood Education will conduct an initial written review and select candidates for individual interviews, which will be notified by phone. |
| (6) | To prevent teachers serving as part-time project teachers from affecting school affairs, please communicate with your service school before applying. With the principal's consent, if appointed as a part-time project teacher: you will not serve as a homeroom teacher. Additionally, for teachers in the elementary education stage, it is preferred that Wednesday is free of classes within the school. The relevant expenses for reduced teaching load will be subsidized by the project fund from the Department of Secondary and Early Childhood Education. |
