| I. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter dated August 25, 110 (Tai Jiao She (4) Zi No. 1100115001). |
| II. | To implement the teaching of local languages, enhance the professional knowledge of teachers nationwide in Hokkien and Hakka phonetic system teaching, and encourage public participation in local language learning, the Ministry of Education is organizing these training activities. |
| III. | This bureau agrees to grant official (business) leave for this matter. We encourage teachers interested in learning or teaching Hokkien and Hakka phonetic systems, local language teaching support staff (support teachers), and others who wish to learn about local languages to actively participate. |
| IV. | The details regarding the location, time, and other related matters of the aforementioned training courses are as follows: |

| 1. | Hokkien Phonetic System: September 22, 110 (Wednesday) to September 24, 110 (Friday). |
| 2. | Hakka Phonetic System: October 6, 110 (Wednesday) to October 8, 110 (Friday). |
| (2) | Training Location: National Academy for Educational Research, Sanxia Campus (No. 2, Sanxia Road, Sanxia District, New Taipei City). |
| (3) | Number of Participants: 35 people. |
| (4) | Training Hours: 21 hours. |
| V. | Details regarding the registration period and method are as follows: |

| 1. | Hokkien Training: From 9:00 AM on September 2, 110 (Thursday) to 5:00 PM on September 3, 110 (Friday), registration closes when full. |
| 2. | Hakka Training: From 9:00 AM on September 10, 110 (Friday) to 5:00 PM on September 11, 110 (Saturday), registration closes when full. |
| (2) | Registration Method: Please register online through the National Academy for Educational Research website at https://workshop.naer.edu.tw/NAWeb/Services/wFrmRecent.aspx |
| (3) | Eligible Participants: Priority will be given to those who have not participated in the phonetic system courses organized by the National Academy for Educational Research from 109 to 110. Remaining spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis until full. If the class size exceeds the maximum capacity, individuals will be placed on a waiting list in order. Those who are accepted but cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances must notify the contact person at the National Academy for Educational Research (contact number is detailed in the course schedule) via email or phone before the course begins, to facilitate timely replacements and avoid resource wastage. |
| (4) | Only those who are approved and accepted after review may attend this training. The National Academy for Educational Research will send a notification email, or you can check your status in the registration system. |
| VI. | Due to the high transmission risk of "COVID-19" (Severe Pneumonia with Novel Pathogen), all epidemic prevention measures must comply with the latest guidelines from the Central Epidemic Command Center and the epidemic prevention guidelines of the National Academy for Educational Research in response to the Command Center. |
