Subject: To inform you about the "110 Academic Year School Application for Central Curriculum and Instructional Guidance Consulting Teacher Team Project Teacher (hereinafter referred to as Project Teacher) On-site Consulting and Guidance Explanation" (1 document), as detailed in the explanation. Please acknowledge receipt.
Explanation:
1. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (hereinafter referred to as the Department) letter dated August 25, 110, No. 1100106596.
2. To promote the competency-oriented curriculum and instruction of the new curriculum guidelines and to cultivate students with core competencies, the Department has planned the "110 Academic Year Central Curriculum and Instructional Guidance Consulting Teacher Team Project Teacher Pilot Program." Schools can apply for the Central Guidance Team's project teachers to provide on-site guidance during the 110 academic year. A brief explanation is as follows:
(1) Schools receiving visits can log in to the Department's "Application Platform for Central Guidance Team Project Teachers for On-site Consulting and Guidance" to request the desired themes, times, and locations. Each school can apply for up to 3 visits per semester, with each visit lasting up to 2 days. If it is a joint application across regions, it will be counted towards the host school's application quota.
(2) If multiple schools apply for the same time slot, priority will be given to joint applications across regions. The Department may assign project teachers for on-site guidance based on the schools' regional distribution and needs.
(3) Applying schools are not required to provide hourly wages or travel expenses. Schools whose applications are approved should proactively contact the project teachers to discuss curriculum arrangement details. For schools with transportation difficulties, please provide assistance with transportation, meals, and accommodation for the project teachers when they visit.
(4) The application deadline is 10 days prior to the on-site guidance date. If an invitation is canceled after approval, the school will be responsible for any expenses incurred by the project teacher, such as transportation (air/train tickets) and accommodation, due to the cancellation.
(5) Schools that apply must complete the feedback form within 7 days after the guidance activity concludes. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of future applications under this program.
3. The service period for project teachers in the first semester is from September 1, 110, to January 20, 111. The "Application Platform for Central Guidance Team Project Teachers for On-site Consulting and Guidance" (http://ctcs.cloud.ncnu.edu.tw/pages/login.aspx) is open for school applications from now until January 10, 111, at 24:00. Schools interested in applying should proceed to the platform to fill out the simple application form and follow the instructions outlined in the subject matter.
