| 1. | In accordance with the Council's letter dated October 20, 110 (2021), Ref: Hakka Affairs Council Language No. 1106700655, and this Bureau's letter dated September 17, 110 (2021), Ref: Taoyuan Education Elementary No. 1100084191 (received). |
| 2. | The key points of the revised implementation plan mentioned above are summarized as follows: |
| (1) | Video Upload Method and Time: |
| 1. | Registration Period: From now until December 17, 110 (Friday). |
| 2. | Registration Website: Hakka Affairs Council Hakka Language Life School Teaching Information Center System - Hakka Arts and Culture Competition (URL: https://school.hakka.gov.tw/Game_110/default.aspx). |
| 3. | Video Upload Method: Upload to YouTube and copy the link to the video upload field on the registration website (details on video upload method are attached). |
| (2) | Related Expenses and Allowances: After participating schools upload their videos, they should print and stamp the administrative expense receipt and upload it to the registration website. Upon verification, the Council will disburse the funds within one month. |
