| 1. | In accordance with the letter from the Center for Mathematics and Science Education, National Taiwan Normal University, dated November 29, 110 (2021), reference number Shida Mathematics Zhongzi No. 1101053145. |
| 2. | Workshop Objectives: To train teachers to use fun, hands-on mathematics foundational activities to build prerequisite learning experiences for students who are underprepared for mathematics, thereby increasing their willingness to learn. |
| 3. | Summary of workshop information is as follows: |
| (1) | Target Audience: Full-time teachers, substitute teachers, and contract teachers in junior high and elementary schools. |
| (2) | Number of Participants: Divided into three groups: lower elementary, upper elementary, and junior high. Each group can have up to three classes, with a principle of 28 participants per class, subject to adjustment based on registration. |

| 1. | "First Phase Mathematics Activity Leader Training Workshop": December 25, 110 (Saturday), 9:00 AM to 4:20 PM, Huiji Junior High School, Taoyuan City (No. 222, Daxing Road, Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City 330). |
| 2. | "Second Phase Mathematics Activity Leader Training Workshop": December 26, 110 (Sunday), 9:00 AM to 4:20 PM, Huiji Junior High School, Taoyuan City (No. 222, Daxing Road, Taoyuan City 330). |
| (4) | Registration Method: Please complete the registration form by 12:00 PM on December 14, 110 (Tuesday). Late submissions will not be accepted. |

| 1. | This event is free of charge and includes lunch. Participants are responsible for their own insurance, accommodation, and transportation costs. |
| 2. | Participants who complete the "Mathematics Activity Leader" training and all course content (must attend all modules for their chosen group) and obtain certification will be awarded a certificate for that group. |
| 3. | To ensure training quality, participants who do not complete at least 2/3 of the module hours for the current phase may audit the workshop sessions but will not receive a certificate. |
| 4. | Only those who have obtained the qualification of "First Phase Mathematics Activity Leader" or "Second Phase Mathematics Activity Leader" are eligible to apply to organize a "Fun Math Camp." |
