New Taipei City 111th Year National Elementary and Junior High School Indigenous Language (Hakka) Teaching Support Staff Certification

Subject: Forwarding the "Implementation Plan for the Certification of Hakka Language Teaching Support Staff in New Taipei City's Public Elementary and Junior High Schools in 111" (111 refers to the year in the Republic of China calendar). Please disseminate the registration information to relevant personnel. Thank you for your attention.
Details:  
1. In accordance with the official letters from the Department of Education, New Taipei City Government, dated May 13, 111 (New Taipei Education Middle Character No. 11108770991) and May 19, 111 (New Taipei Education Middle Character No. 11109292971).
2. The details of the training program, time, and location are as specified in the implementation plan, summarized as follows:
(1) Announcement of the guidelines: Monday, May 16, 111.
(2) Mailing of registration forms: Considering that the first Hakka proficiency certification (intermediate and advanced levels) organized by the Hakka Affairs Council in 111 will announce its results on Monday, May 23, 111, the Department of Education, New Taipei City Government requires that proof of passing the certification (such as a transcript) be submitted to the organizing unit by Tuesday, May 24, 111, before participants can continue to attend this training and the written test and teaching demonstration for certification.
(3) Training courses: Monday, May 23, 111, to Monday, May 30, 111.
(4) Announcement of the list of qualified teaching support staff: Wednesday, June 8, 111.
3. Eligibility for Hakka language certification:
(1) Holders of the Hakka Affairs Council's intermediate or advanced (including advanced) Hakka proficiency certificate.
(2) Individuals who already hold a Hakka language teaching support staff certificate from this city and are willing to pursue further training, and wish to be included in New Taipei City's database of qualified support teachers.
4. Please complete the forms, prepare copies of all relevant supporting documents, and a self-addressed stamped envelope (A4 size with NT$43 postage for registered mail). Mail them via registered post to the Hakka Guidance Group, Chongde Elementary School, New Taipei City (No. 158, Jiadong Rd., Xizhi Dist., New Taipei City 221). The postmark will be the basis for timeliness; late submissions will not be accepted. Due to the pandemic, all training sessions will be conducted online. The online course codes will be notified through the registration system.
5. Attached are the "Implementation Plan for the Certification of Hakka Language Teaching Support Staff" and the "Registration Commitment Letter," each in one copy.
