| Subject: | To inform you about the "Diversified Assessment Embedded in Teaching to Promote Science Learning Performance and Digital Learning Competency Project - Strengthening the Operation and Sharing Mechanism of Practical Communities for Curriculum Development" for the 111th academic year, organized by National Taiwan Normal University on behalf of the Ministry of Education and the Preschool Education Administration. The "Diversified Assessment Integrated Inquiry Teaching Lesson Plan Competition" call for proposals is attached for your reference. |

| I. | In accordance with the official letter from National Taiwan Normal University dated May 17, 111 (Ref: 1111013603). |
| II. | In response to the implementation of the 12-year basic education curriculum guidelines, which emphasize cultivating competencies required for future global citizens, the science learning performance outlined in the natural sciences curriculum includes the cultivation of three important key competencies: problem-solving, thinking skills, and the nature of science. |
| III. | The science education team at National Taiwan Normal University, in collaboration with junior high school science teachers, has jointly developed digital teaching materials that can enhance students' science learning performance. They have also planned teaching activities from the perspective of diversified assessment, aiming to cultivate students' ability to apply what they have learned in real-world situations and solve problems they encounter in life. |
| IV. | The relevant dates for the aforementioned competition are as follows: |
| (1) | Registration period: Registration and submission of proposals are open from now until 5:00 PM on June 27, 111 (Monday) (Registration link: https://reurl.cc/QLLLE5). |
| (2) | Preliminary review announcement: The results will be announced on the Science Learning Diversified Assessment website on July 20, 111 (Wednesday) and notified via email. |
| (3) | Lesson plan digitization workshop: A three-day, two-night workshop will be held from August 24, 111 (Wednesday) to August 26, 111 (Friday) at Huishun Forest Farm (No. 1, Shanlin Lane, Xinsheng Village, Ren'ai Township, Nantou County). |
| (4) | Final review period: November 16, 111 (Wednesday) to November 30, 111 (Wednesday). |
