| Explanation: |
| I. | In accordance with the city's letter No. 1100115018 dated December 15, 110, and the letter from Xinwu Elementary School, Xinwu District, dated May 20, 111, No. 1110003376. |
| II. | The information regarding the aforementioned activity is summarized as follows (details in the implementation plan): |
| (1) | Eligibility for certificate renewal: Must possess both basic and professional qualifications: |
| 1. | Basic qualifications: Meet either of the following two conditions: |
| (1) | Current or retired teachers in public and private senior high schools (including kindergartens) in the city. |
| (2) | Current or retired teachers in public and private senior high schools (including kindergartens) nationwide who are not in this city but are registered residents of this city. |
| 2. | Professional qualifications: Possess a Hakka Affairs Council Hakka language proficiency certificate of intermediate-high level or above. |
| 3. | Current teachers: Refers to qualified formal teachers within the establishment. |
| (2) | Documents to be submitted: Please submit the following relevant documents by mail for review. |
| 1. | Original application form (as attached in Appendix 1). |
| 2. | Photocopy of National Identity Card. |
| 3. | Photocopy of highest academic degree diploma. |
| 4. | Photocopy of Hakka Affairs Council Hakka language proficiency certificate of intermediate-high level or above. |
| 5. | Teacher certification documents: |
| (1) | Photocopy of Teacher's Certificate. |
| (2) | Teachers in this city: Photocopy of proof of current employment (or retirement certificate) for current teachers. |
| (3) | Teachers from other cities registered in this city: Photocopy of proof of current employment (or retirement certificate) for current teachers, and a photocopy of the household registration (or household transcript). |
| (4) | Original written pledge (as attached in Appendix 2). |
| (3) | Submission deadline: From now until June 13, 111 (Monday), postmark date will be the basis for acceptance. Late submissions will not be accepted. |
| (4) | Submission method: Please mail the original Appendices 1 and 2 of the aforementioned plan, along with photocopies of relevant documents (as detailed in Section IV of the plan), to the Academic Affairs Office of Xinwu Elementary School, Xinwu District, Taoyuan City (Address: No. 196, Zhongzheng Road, Xinsheng Village, Xinwu District, Taoyuan City, 32750; Phone: 03-4772016 ext. 210). Please indicate 'Application for Hakka Language Teaching Support Staff (Current and Retired Teachers) Certificate Renewal' on the envelope. |
| (5) | Announcement of review results: After the review, certificates will be mailed via registered mail. A list of qualified individuals will also be posted in the 'Talent Pool' section of the city's indigenous language education network for schools to recruit from. |
| III. | Attached is the implementation plan for the renewal of certificates for Hokkien language teaching support staff (current and retired teachers) for the 110th academic year in the city's elementary and junior high schools.
