| I. | In accordance with the "Implementation Guidelines for the National Education Guidance Group of the Taoyuan City Government Education Bureau." |
| II. | Application period: From now until June 17, 111. |
| III. | The selection process for guidance counselors is summarized as follows (details in the attachment): |
| (1) | Continuing Counselors: Principals of the guidance groups may recommend outstanding counselors for reappointment. Counselors should submit their application forms and service school consent letters to the Bureau for processing. Subsequently, the general convener will report the review results to the Bureau. |
| (2) | New Counselors: |
| 1. | Qualification Review: The Bureau will conduct a qualification review. Applicants whose submitted materials are deemed qualified will be notified by their respective groups to attend the secondary review. |
| 2. | Secondary Review: Each guidance group will invite scholars, experts, and educational administrators in relevant fields (topics) to form a selection committee for a written review. The review method will be determined based on professional needs. The secondary review period is from June 27 to July 1, 111. Applicants should attend the secondary review at the time and location designated by the guidance group (online meetings are possible). The guidance groups will report the secondary review results to the Bureau by July 5, 111. |
| IV. | Announcement of Results: Upon completion of the selection process and confirmation of the list of successful candidates, the results will be published on the website of the National Education Guidance Group of this city. |
| V. | Each person is limited to applying for one field (topic) guidance group and cannot apply for multiple fields. |
| VI. | Please mail the relevant application forms by registered mail to: "15th Floor, No. 1, County Government Road, Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City 330206, Attn: Junior High Education Section, Taoyuan City Government Education Bureau." Please indicate "Application for Taoyuan City National Education Guidance Group Counselor" on the blank space of the envelope. The postmark will be the determining factor; late submissions will not be accepted. |
