| I. | Based on the "Hakka Affairs Council Letter No. Kehuiyu No. 1116700469" dated May 26, 111. |
| II. | Key points of the aforementioned competition implementation plan are summarized as follows: |
| (1) | Northern Preliminary Competition: To be held on October 15, 111 (Saturday), organized by Qidu Elementary School, Qidu District, Keelung City. |
| (2) | Final Competition (including awards ceremony): To be held on November 12, 111 (Saturday), organized by Qingcao Elementary School, Annan District, Tainan City. |
| (3) | Registration period and method: All preliminary and final competitions will be conducted via online registration (registration acceptance dates and website will be announced separately). The deadline for registration for all preliminary competitions is September 12, 111 (Monday). |
| III. | This Bureau agrees to grant participating school teachers official (business) leave to attend the competition activities. |
| IV. | Attached is 1 copy of the implementation plan, or you can download and refer to it from the "Message Announcement - Latest News" section on this Bureau's website (https://www.tyc.edu.tw/). |
