| I. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (hereinafter referred to as the "Department") letter dated June 15, 111 (2022), Ref: Tai Jiao Guo Shu Guo Zi No. 1110077248. |
| II. | To create a learning environment for elementary and junior high school students to engage with Hokkien, and to construct a Hokkien immersion teaching model, the Department has commissioned National Tainan University to continue promoting the "Elementary and Junior High School Hokkien Immersion Teaching Plan." This plan uses Hokkien as the language of instruction to enhance students' listening and speaking abilities. To improve the collaborative effectiveness of Hokkien teaching communities and strengthen the functions of Hokkien immersion teaching communities, as well as to build a collaborative model for Hokkien immersion teaching communities, this workshop is designed to cover community establishment and theme design for Hokkien immersion teaching courses. Through practical courses and related implementation methods and suggestions, teachers' community collaboration skills will be refined. |
| III. | Workshop information is summarized below (details in the implementation plan): |
| (1) | Time: July 11, 111 (Monday), from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM. |
| (2) | In response to the COVID-19 pandemic prevention needs, the workshop will be conducted online via Google Meet (Meeting link: https://meet.google.com/kym-rpwo-sbn). |
| (3) | Participants: |
| 1. | Schools participating in the "Elementary and Junior High School Hokkien Immersion Teaching Plan" in the 110th academic year are requested to nominate representatives to attend. |
| 2. | Principals, directors, team leaders, or teachers with excellent teaching records recommended by the municipal or county (city) governments. |
| 3. | Current teachers interested in learning about the "Hokkien Immersion Teaching Plan." |
| IV. | As the workshop will involve group practical sessions, the maximum number of participants is 100. Please register online by July 7, 111 (Thursday) (https://forms.gle/5iksFmQVdXHoQJ1Q6) to help us manage attendance. Please also ensure that your computer equipment, including internet connection, video, and audio, is functioning properly beforehand. |
