| I. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's Department of Elementary and Secondary Education's letter dated July 13, 111, No. 1110090490. |
| II. | The Shih Hsin University General Education Committee, in collaboration with the Chinese Association for General Education, Shih Chien University, and other organizations, is organizing the "2022 General Education International Academic Conference: The Stirring of 21st Century University Ideals and Innovation in General Education." This conference invites scholars and experts from both domestic and international institutions to provide insights into general education in Taiwanese universities through keynote speeches, round table forums, paper presentations, and teacher interviews. The aim is to explore new horizons for 21st-century university ideals and the theory and practice of general education, and to continue promoting innovation in general education concepts. |
| III. | This event will be conducted in a multifaceted manner, integrating "technology" and "audio-visual" techniques. The conference content will be presented in a cinematic format, which is a pioneering initiative both domestically and internationally. It is hoped that under the normalized pandemic conditions, this event will set a new paradigm for the organization of academic activities. |
| IV. | The relevant information for the aforementioned training is as follows: |
| (1) | Event Time: From August 1, 111, to August 31, 111 (The first session will be held via Google Meet on August 1st. Subsequently, replays will be broadcast every Monday and Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, extending the event for one month with a total of 10 sessions for the same agenda). |
| (2) | Event Location: Google Meet conference room (The meeting room link will be sent via email before 6:00 PM on July 28, 111). |
| (3) | Registration Deadline: From now until July 27, 111. |

| (5) | Training Certificate: University and college teachers who attend the entire day can receive a 6-hour electronic training certificate mailed by the organizer. Repeated attendance will not result in additional hours. High school teachers, junior and elementary school teachers, and civil servants from central and local government agencies (who have passed national examinations) who attend the entire session can receive 6 hours of training credit, which will be uploaded by the organizing unit through the "Ministry of Education National Information Network for Teacher Professional Development" and the "Executive Yuan Personnel Administration Civil Service E-Learning Network." Repeated attendance will be credited for a maximum of 6 hours of training. |
