| 1. | In accordance with the letter from Chihlee University of Science and Technology, a subsidiary of Chihlee Foundation for Education, dated October 14, 114 (2025), reference number: Chih Wai Mao Yuan Zi No. 1141500720. |
| 2. | The Center for Teaching and Certification of Southeast Asian Minor Languages at the College of Business and Trade Foreign Languages has jointly organized the "International Vietnamese Language Proficiency Test" with the Department of Vietnamese Studies at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City, since 2019. |
| 3. | This test is graded according to the CEFR proficiency standards. The certification is recognized by the Ministry of Education of our country as proof of Vietnamese language proficiency for scholarship examinations and is also recognized by the Ministry of Education of Vietnam, possessing international credibility. |
| 4. | The Vietnamese Language Proficiency Certificate will be issued and signed by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City. |
| 5. | The aforementioned test is scheduled for Saturday, November 22, 2025. The registration period is from now until Sunday, October 19, 2025.
