| 1. | This is in accordance with the project survey plan for "Planning and Utilization of Teacher Supply and Demand in Junior and Senior High Schools" for the 115th year of the Republic of China. |
| 2. | In order to understand the work situation, workload, work pressure, and retention willingness of current junior and senior high school teachers, and to explore the impact of factors such as teacher shortages, overtime teaching, concurrent administrative and homeroom duties, parent-teacher communication outside of working hours, and complaint, whistleblowing, or petition cases on teachers, the aforementioned survey is being conducted to provide reference for analyzing teacher allocation and utilization related systems and implementation. |
| 3. | This survey is conducted anonymously online. The target audience is current teachers in public and private junior and senior high schools. The completion time is approximately 5 to 6 minutes. The survey URL is https://www.surveycake.com/s/w3gZr, and the deadline for completion is November 15, 115th year of the Republic of China (Sunday). The survey results will only be used for overall statistical and analytical purposes and will not be used for individual or single-school identification. |
| 4. | We kindly request your school to assist in notifying current teachers of the survey URL and attachments, and encourage teachers to complete it based on their actual work experience and personal willingness, in order to broadly collect opinions from frontline teachers and enhance the completeness and comprehensiveness of the survey results. |
