Details:
1. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. 1152100991B dated October 29, 2026.
2. The aforementioned activity is summarized as follows:
(1) Eligibility:
1. Groups: Groups (excluding schools at all levels and government agencies/institutions) that have made significant contributions to the actual practice, promotion, or financial sponsorship of ocean education, including legally established (or registered) associations, corporations, enterprises, or businesses.
2. Individuals: Individuals who have made significant contributions to the actual practice, promotion, or financial sponsorship of ocean education.
3. Curriculum Teaching Teams: Teacher teams from elementary and secondary schools that have demonstrated innovative features in implementing ocean education.
(2) Each recommending unit shall provide specific achievements of the recommended groups or individuals and supporting documentation. Recommendations should be submitted in writing to this bureau. The recommendation procedure and required materials are as follows:
1. Each recommending unit shall submit the recommendation form (Attachments 1 and 2), along with relevant supporting documents and written evidence, by the specified date. Please complete the recommendation form (divided into forms for groups and individuals) in accordance with the following regulations to facilitate the review process:
(1) For the "Introduction of Recommended Group" or "Introduction of Recommended Individual" section, the recommending unit should write a short essay of approximately 600 to 800 characters with a title, briefly introducing the significant contributions of the recommended party, their years of experience in ocean education, and their impact on ocean education.
(2) For the "Major Contributions" section, focus on significant achievements in ocean education and describe them specifically and in detail in chronological order of their occurrence.
(3) For the "Recommendation Opinion" section, please briefly state the reasons for recommendation in a bulleted list.
(4) The recommending unit shall complete the relevant information, affix its seal in the "Recommending Unit" field, and prepare supporting documents, evidence, and activity photos for reference.
(5) One CD containing the recommendation form and related supporting documents in Word and PDF format, as well as 10 to 20 JPG photos with a resolution of 300 dpi or higher.
2. Applications that do not comply with the recommendation procedure, are submitted after the deadline (postmark date applies), or lack complete documentation will not be accepted.
