To inform recipients of regular payments under the Act Governing Retirement, Resignation, and Severance Pay for Civil Servants, regarding the matter of choosing to waive their original rights and related matters concerning regular payments in order to apply for survivor annuities for retired (resigned, discharged) personnel.
