I. Background of the Activity:

(1) In March 2018, the Health Promotion Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare, released the latest version of the "Daily Food Guide," "National Dietary Guidelines," and nutritional recommendations for various life stages. In May 2018, they unveiled the "MyPlate" graphic for Taiwanese people. This graphic presents the proportions of different food groups on a plate and includes the slogan: "A glass of milk every morning and evening, fruit the size of your fist at every meal, slightly more vegetables than fruit, grains and vegetables equal in size, fish, beans, eggs, and meat the size of your palm, nuts and seeds a teaspoon." This makes it easier for people to implement balanced eating in every meal.

(2) To promote the concept of balanced eating among the public and disseminate the "MyPlate" graphic released this year, the aforementioned activity has been planned. Through online submission and online games, the aim is to increase public awareness of the "MyPlate" graphic and thereby enhance knowledge of balanced eating.

II. Activity Details (Activity Guidelines are attached):

(1) Participants: All citizens of the Republic of China, aged 6 and above, are eligible to participate.

(2) Activity Period:

1. Prize Submission and Online Game Activity: November 12, 2018, to November 23, 2018.

2. Winner Announcement: December 5, 2018.

(3) Activity Content:

1. "MyPlate, Look Here" Online Submission Activity: Upload photos of meals that comply with the "MyPlate" principles to enter the lucky draw.

2. "Eat Like This With Me" Online Game: Complete the game to enter the lucky draw. Each person is limited to one participation per day, but can only win once. The prize awarded will be the highest prize won, and no duplicate prizes will be given.
