Network Guardian Angels System Promotion and Education
In the digital information age, online applications and services are constantly evolving. To prevent students from spending excessive time
addicted to computers and the internet, the Ministry of Education urges parents to pay attention to their children's daily routines and to establish internet usage agreements with their children.
The Ministry of Education has launched the 'Network Guardian Angels System (Network
Guardian Angels, NGA)' computer version.Parents can visit the Ministry of Education's dedicated website
(https://nga.moe.edu.tw) to download the software and install it for free on their home computers. Whenever underage
children browse websites containing pornography, violence, horror, gambling, or other content that may affect their physical and mental development,
the system will filter and block them, preventing them from accessing inappropriate website content.
With the widespread use of tablets and smartphones, many school-aged children also have smartphones for
internet access. Therefore, the Ministry of Education redeveloped the Network Guardian Angels System (Mobile Platform
APP) in 2018. Parents can download the APP from Google Play or the iOS App Store and install it on their children's
iPhones/iPads, Android smartphones, or tablets. In addition to the functions of the computer version,
NGA also offers cloud account and setting synchronization. Teachers or parents only need to perform protection settings
in the member center on the official website, and the system will automatically apply the cloud settings to computers and mobile devices.
They can also view browsing records in the member center.
