Regarding the method of calculating the number of days for physiological leave as stipulated in the Regulations on Leave for Civil Servants.

Explanation:
1. Processed in accordance with the Ministry of Civil Service's letter dated January 4, 108 (1084688889), with a copy of the original letter attached.

2. According to Article 3 of the Regulations on Leave for Civil Servants, female civil servants who experience difficulties in their work due to physiological reasons may take one day of physiological leave per month, up to a maximum of 12 days per year.
3. If the total number of physiological leave days taken in a year does not exceed 3 days, it will not be counted as sick leave. The remaining days will be counted as sick leave.
4. Any part of the total sick leave (including physiological leave counted as sick leave) that exceeds the granted sick leave days (28 days) shall be offset by personal leave (7 days).
5. If there is no personal leave available for offset, the salary shall be deducted on a daily basis.
6. Any previous interpretations by the Ministry of Civil Service that are inconsistent with the above explanation shall cease to apply from January 4, 108.
事假抵銷者,應按日扣除俸(薪)給。

三、銓敘部歷次函釋與前開解釋未合部分,自108年1月4日起停止適用。
